RKOF is a area revitalization project in north west Louisiana near the Texas - Louisiana -Arkansas border that was economically effected by the I-49 opening. This opening left the area around US Hwy 71 economically barren. RKOF will stimulate business growth which in turn will bring jobs and family oriented activities.
